Standard Shipping

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS).

  • Orders received after 10 a.m. PST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the next business day.   
  • Domestic orders over $99 (excluding tax) qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping.

 

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship or get process from our warehouse on the following holidays

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

International Order Disclaimer

Any shipping fee collected by Alison’s Corner DOES NOT include any customs/duty tax incurred by incoming postal country. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.

NOTES:

  1. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order and sometimes longer if items are out of stock or back ordered. Next day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day select will be processed in 1-2 business day. We cannot be held liable for USPS and UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS1.800.ASK.USPS FREE) or UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS1-800-PICK-UPS FREE).
    We will not refund shipping charges if UPS or UPS fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

    All of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS or USPS (Call 1 (800) 275-8777) in order to investigate this issue. We will not be responsible for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
  2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only send an email to our support team if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • Received damaged items
  • Manufacture defects
  • Missing items from your order

Refunds will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.

Defective Item

If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must send us an email within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip.

If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.

When sending an email for a return/exchange request, please indicate your order number, email, and full name, address, contact number in order to get a quick resolve.
